History

The corporation evolved from the former ALARM MARINE SERVICES of which in July 2006 the new Management changed its name to ALARME TRANSPORT SERVICES and LOGISTICS,INC. and at the same time created another subsidiary under the company name EL SALVADOR MARINE LOGISTICS, INC. Thus, two corporations were born, each with their own superior expertise in the domestic shipping business.

Management put to ALARME TRANSPORT SERVICES and LOGISTICS, INC. to handle its fast growing domestic forwarding and trucking business while EL SALVADOR MARINE LOGISTICS, INC. was designated to handle the technical services aspect comprising of ship, chassis and container repairs, container fabrication and conversion, as well as, bending and shearing services and generator rentals. With this strategic move, management has positioned the two companies to fully concentrate on their respective fields of know-how thereby in the process gaining an edge over its competitors. This edge is evident in the more focused and personalized services tailor-made for their clientele.

Barely two years old as a corporation, it was formerly operated as a single proprietorship established in the year 2001 catering mostly to local container repairs and domestic forwarding. Its present progressive position is secured upon these two contrasting and yet complimentary elements, the organization’s infancy in years and maturity with regards to expertise has been providing clients with all cargo shipping requirements making it a threat to all other competitors and a sure leader not only in the field of cargo shipping and hauling but in quality container repairs as well.

ALARME TRANSPORT SERVICES and LOGISTICS, INC. & EL SALVADOR MARINE LOGISTICS continue to expand and explore uncharted waters in the shipping industry for the further enhancement of its quality service and superior performance.
